This fund event raising is carried out across the UK to raise awareness and funds for the Wateraid Charity to help WaterAid bring clean water and sanitation to disadvantaged people. The event is taking place on 16 June 2012 and we are aiming to raise £400.

Adept becomes ISO 14001 certified

Adept is now ISO 14001 certified which means we look after Adept's impact on the environment.

From QMS:

What is ISO 14001?

ISO 14001 is an internationally-recognised certificate for evaluating how well an organisation manages its environmental responsibilities.

Why do I need it?

When you are ISO 14001 certified, you demonstrate to your customers that you manage your environmental duties in a responsible manner and so reduce the risk of breaking the law and potentially being liable for a large fine. Also, many customers now require their suppliers to be accredited.
